What makes us unique?
Local Ingredients
We love supporting local, and we source local ingredients for all of our products. Our flour comes from Cairnspring Mills in Burlington, WA. Not only do we love that they are local, but their grains are stone-milled which allows the flour to retain more bran and germ, resulting in sourdough with a richer, more complex taste and a beautiful caramel crust. AKA the perfect artisan loaf.
Sustainable Packaging
Our packaging is 100% commercially compostable, down to the stickers we use to print our product labels! Please throw our bread bags and cookies boxes in your compost bin.
No Preservatives
Our fresh baked sourdough goods are completely free from preservatives, so you can feel good about what you’re eating. Even the chocolate in our browned butter sourdough chocolate chip cookies is preservative-free!
